Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Hosts / Hostesses to join our Guest Experience Team.

This is an active, guest-facing position that involves walking guests to their assigned tables and VIP seating areas throughout the venue.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced, upscale nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Personally escort guests to their assigned tables and VIP seating areas throughout the venue.
- Assist guests in locating their designated seating areas and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Maintain an organized and efficient flow of guests during busy event periods.
- Communicate effectively with management, security, servers, and VIP staff regarding guest arrivals and seating.
- Provide guests with accurate information about seating arrangements and venue operations.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance in accordance with company dress and grooming standards.
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout each event.
- Remain attentive, organized, and composed in a high-volume nightlife workplace.
- Perform additional guest experience and front-of-house duties as assigned.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while performing essential job duties, with accommodation where required.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to operational needs.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Scheduling & Availability

- Saturday evening and late-night availability is required, as this is our primary operating night.
- Occasional weekday evening shifts may be available for special events and private functions.
- This is an event-based position, with shifts scheduled according to event bookings, staffing requirements, and operational needs.
- Weekly hours and shifts may vary and are not guaranteed, subject to applicable employment standards.
