Cool Construction is a small, tight-knit crew looking for a carpenter who knows their way around flooring, framing, and trim. We work on residential renovations and new builds, and we care as much about how the job looks when we walk away as we do about getting it done.

We’re not a big company. We work like a family, we look out for each other, and we respect that people have lives outside the job site. If you show up, do clean work, and want a crew that has your back, you’ll fit in here.

Responsibilities

- Framing, flooring, and interior and exterior trim
- Installing doors, windows, casing, baseboard, and other finish work
- Repairing and replacing damaged woodwork on renovation jobs
- Keeping the site clean and working protected
- Using hand and power tools properly and taking care of the work

Requirements

- Real experience with flooring, framing, and trim, interior and exterior
- Solid with hand and power tools
- Reliable, on time, and easy to work with
- Able to handle the physical side of the job,



including lifting and working at heights
- Own basic tools is an asset
- Driver’s license and a reliable way to get to site preferred

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
