- We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Salesperson to help customers find the right products, provide knowledgeable service, and support daily store operations.
- The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is welcome. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide attentive customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and conduct engaging product demos when appropriate.
- Recommend relevant products and use thoughtful upselling to help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
- Process purchases and returns accurately using the store’s POS system; assist with cashiering and cash handling.
- Complete transactions using basic math, including counting change and verifying payment amounts.
- Maintain attractive product displays,
restock merchandise, and support merchandising standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone, using qualified phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with coworkers and contribute to a welcoming, orderly sales floor.
- Use time management and organizational skills to balance customer service, transactions, and store tasks.
Experience
- Previous retail sales, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Technology sales or other technical sales experience is a plus; product training may be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to explain products and assist customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Comfort with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math is preferred.
- A dependable, customer-oriented approach and willingness to learn are essential.
