We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. Candidates will be expected to help with customer sales and satisfaction, inventory management, restocking, and receiving shipments. Shift lengths range from 4 to 8 hours. Must be able to work with others. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
- Provide detailed information about various strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Maintain an organized and clean display area while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Process transactions accurately using computerized point-of-sale systems.
- Handle heavy lifting of inventory as needed during restocking processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Age-gating and verifying government-issued IDs of all customers under 30.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality is preferred, showcasing robust customer service skills.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects is a plus; further training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in using computers and software such as Excel for inventory management is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.

- 19 years+
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- POS experience (e.g., Cova)
