Summary

We are seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Medical Clinic in Medicine Hat. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient clinic management, enhancing patient experience, and maintaining high standards of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial health of the clinic.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care services.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Handle human resources functions including recruitment and employee relations.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in the Medicine Hat area to enhance patient care and referral networks.
- Project Leadership:



Lead the end-to-end clinic setup process, including overseeing the build-out, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding of clinic staff.
- Territory Management: Leverage a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape to drive strategic growth, enhance service delivery, and ensure the clinic meets the needs of the community.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, creating a supportive and high-performing work environment focused on patient-centered care.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures.
- Experience with human resources practices is preferred.
