Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers explore products, understand their options, and choose solutions that suit their needs. You’ll support a welcoming, organized sales floor and provide attentive service throughout each interaction.

Duties

- Engage customers, ask questions, explain product features, and use product demos to support informed decisions.
- Recommend relevant options and use thoughtful upselling to help customers find products that meet their needs.
- Maintain merchandising displays, process transactions through POS systems, and handle cash accurately.
- Respond to customer questions in person and by phone, keeping the sales area organized and coordinating with colleagues.

Qualifications

Required: Strong customer service, communication, sales, basic math, cash handling, and organizational skills, with effective time management and professional phone etiquette. English proficiency supports clear customer interactions. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, technology or technical sales experience, and confidence delivering product demos. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are valued for serving a wider range of customers.

Pay: $39,100.00-$142,000.00 per year
