Otter Co-op is hiring two associates for retail store operations at its Cambie liquor store. Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, this position combines sales support, register duties, merchandise replenishment, delivery handling, and organized store maintenance. Candidates need Serving it Right certification and must be over 19.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use product knowledge to promote liquor sales
- Provide courteous, efficient service to store guests
- Process refunds, returns, transactions, and gift cards
- Stock, face, and rotate shelf products
- Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Serving it Right certification is required
- WSET 1 or higher is an asset
- Retail experience in liquor is preferred
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, and late evenings
