As a Knix Sales Associate, you create comfortable, inclusive experiences from first greeting through finding the perfect fit. You guide customers across Knix products and promotions while supporting measurable sales results. The role suits self-motivated people who take initiative, understand customer cues, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create inclusive, uplifting end-to-end customer experiences
- Listen to needs and recommend suitable Knix products
- Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
- Support visual standards, organization, and store operations
- Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty
Requirements:
- Customer service or retail experience considered an asset
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions attentively
- Experience with sales targets and KPIs considered an asset
- Legal Canadian work authorization and age eighteen or older
- Availability for holiday, evening, and weekend shifts
