Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, rotate, stock, and merchandise produce effectively
- Keep cases and shelves clean, fresh, and well stocked
- Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to leadership
- Complete required spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets




- Provide courteous service and use suggestive selling techniques

Requirements:

- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to sell proactively and learn department products
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible schedules
