GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across Canada and the United States. This Light Duty Cleaner completes cleaning tasks in assigned buildings and common areas. The work includes floor care, carpet cleaning, washroom service, and waste collection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, and buff floors and stairwells
- Vacuum carpets and matting in offices and common areas
- Maintain floor machines, vacuums, scrubbers, and buffers
- Spot clean and shampoo rugs when directed
- Complete additional cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

- Use cleaning tools and equipment effectively
- Experience with automatic scrubbers is an asset
- Work with minimal supervision and take direction
- Function cooperatively as part of a team
- Pass a Criminal Record Check
