Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you’ll assist customers, explain product options, and support sales through attentive service and clear communication. You’ll help create an organized, welcoming shopping experience while contributing to the team’s daily goals.

Duties

- Welcome customers, identify their needs, answer questions, and recommend suitable products using effective sales and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate products, including technology where relevant, and explain features in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Maintain merchandising displays, process transactions through POS systems, and handle cash accurately using basic math.
- Provide courteous in-person and phone service, manage time effectively, and keep sales areas organized.

Qualifications

Required: Clear communication,



customer service, basic math, organization, time management, phone etiquette, and accurate cash handling support effective daily sales duties. English proficiency and confidence using POS systems are practical strengths for assisting customers and processing purchases. Preferred: Retail sales, cashiering, merchandising, upselling, product demonstrations, and technology or technical sales experience are valuable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a broader range of customers.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
