WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Clean up after supper so mom can do bath time and bedtime with the kids
• Pack school lunches
• Pack the daycare and school bags
• Unload the dishwasher and keep the kitchen tidy
• Wipe counters, take out garbage and recycling, and clean out the fridge
• Laundry: washing, folding, and putting away
• Make beds and tidy bedrooms
• Keep closets and drawers sorted
• Sweep, vacuum, and wipe down bathrooms
• Toy clean-up and general tidying around the house
• Take the kids outside or play with them for an hour so mom can rest, shower, or take a phone call
• Keep a running list of supplies that are running low, so mom doesn't have to think about it
• Notice when she's having a hard day and quietly take something off her plate
• Occasional childcare (to be discussed at interview)
• Self-managed: takes initiative and gets things done without direction or reminders
• Warm, calm, and respectful presence in a grieving household
• Flexible and adaptable as the family's needs develop
• Reliable, punctual, and discreet

Weekdays, early mornings and evenings, with possible daytime hours. Weekend work is not expected but may occasionally be needed.
