This permanent truck driving position covers long haul transportation and changing route conditions. You will manage cargo, inspect vehicle systems, complete records, and respond to customer concerns. The schedule involves 40 to 50 hours per week, with mileage paid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive semi trailer trucks on long haul routes
- Adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and emissions
- Perform pre trip, en route, and post trip inspections
- Complete brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience is an asset
- Class 1/1F/A Licence for semi trailer trucks
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Ability to work 40 to 50 hours weekly
