Vialto Law is seeking an early to mid-level Business Immigration Associate Lawyer for its Canada practice. You will support multinational clients with work permits, LMIAs, permanent residence, and employee-centered strategies. Collaboration with attorneys and analysts supports timely, compliant immigration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Canadian business immigration matters from preparation through filing
- Manage compliance and mitigate risks under Canadian immigration laws
- Explain regulatory impacts to clients, employees, and family members
- Participate in meetings presenting Vialto Law’s holistic approach
- Improve client experience through process automation and technology
Requirements:
- Canadian provincial or territorial bar admission
- Four-plus years of business immigration experience
- Knowledge of work permits, LMIAs, Express Entry, and PNPs
- Experience preparing permanent residence applications through Canadian pathways
- Ability to review work for accuracy and relevance
