As a Maintenance Technician reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, you will support property operations through preventative and unscheduled maintenance. Your responsibilities cover vacant suites, grounds, supplies, documentation, contractors, and building access. Resident satisfaction remains central to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vacant suites and complete make-ready activities
- Keep property, grounds, and suites clean
- Coordinate trades work and access to suites
- Maintain supplies, inventories, logs, and safety checks
- Perform waste, recycling, cleaning, and pressure washing duties
Requirements:
- Two years of related general maintenance experience
- High school diploma supplemented by courses or certification
- Skilled written and oral communication abilities
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is beneficial
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 25 kilograms
