Lakeland HR Solutions is recruiting Class 3 Drivers for full time local and camp-based assignments with regional clients. Work may involve aggregate hauling, fluid or water transfer, industrial deliveries, freight delivery, or municipal routes. Local highways, gravel roads, and job sites are included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate Class 3 vehicles on assigned local routes
- Inspect vehicles before, during, and after each trip
- Complete required logs, bills, and field service documentation
- Secure cargo with approved chains, straps, or tarps
- Follow client rules,



traffic laws, and zero-tolerance policies

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Class 3 license with Air Brake endorsement
- Commercial Driver’s Abstract provided within thirty days of hire
- Minimum three years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Required industrial safety tickets where applicable
- Gravel, off-road, or manual transmission experience is an asset
