About the Role
Cropac Equipment Inc. is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales & Rental Coordinator to join our Abbotsford team. You'll support our sales, rental, and equipment inventory activities, working closely with the sales, service, and operations teams. This includes coordinating equipment deliveries, preparing documentation, tracking inventory, and helping ensure our customers receive timely and accurate information. We're looking for someone who enjoys a busy work environment, can manage competing priorities, and works well with a hands-on team.

What You'll Do
Sales & Rental Coordination
- Prepare quotations, rental contracts, and sales agreements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with account managers.
- Maintain sales information in Salesforce.
- Coordinate equipment preparation, deliveries, and returns.
- Track rental insurance certificates and renewals.
- Assist with equipment specifications, manuals, warranties, and customer requests. Equipment & Inventory Support
- Maintain equipment records, inventory lists, and documentation.
- Coordinate equipment check-in and check-out, including photos and paperwork.
- Arrange and track freight for equipment deliveries and returns.
- Create and manage internal work orders and purchase orders.
- Prepare and maintain tower crane site books. Administrative Support




- Monitor construction project opportunities and prepare reports for the sales team.
- Maintain organized electronic records.
- Provide backup support for branch administration.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to support daily activities.
- Attend occasional industry events or trade shows.
- Perform other related duties as required. What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales coordination, rental administration, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other business software.
- Experience with Salesforce or inventory systems is an asset.
- Experience in construction or heavy equipment is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
