This Print Sales and Customer Service Associate supports the store’s print and customer service areas. You will learn products and services, use the selling model, and collaborate with store leaders on sales and margin goals. The work includes POS transactions, customer orders, inventory, and print standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Recommend tailored print products and services
- Perform in-store print production and process orders
- Handle POS, shipping, and marketing transactions
- Maintain supplies, inventory, signage, and print standards

Requirements:

- Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Ability to maintain Health and Safety policies
- Ability to follow Asset Protection and Privacy policies
