Support Axon Fusus customers remotely from Canada using technical troubleshooting, enterprise networking, and hardware and software expertise. Help resolve issues through phone, email, and chat.

As a Senior Technical Support Representative, you will provide customer-focused support for the Axon Fusus solution. The work includes apps, APIs, video management systems, IP cameras, and Linux networking tools. You will meet performance and quality goals while documenting support activity and escalating issues appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Become an expert on Axon Fusus apps, APIs, and roadmap
- Support video management systems, IP cameras, and Linux networking tools
- Assist Implementation with geospatial customer location setup




- Resolve inbound requests through email and telephone
- Document work in the Axon Fusus CRM support tool

Requirements:

- One year of information systems and networking experience
- Solid knowledge of routers, firewalls, tunnels, configuration, and data flow
- Experience with security cameras, VMS, DVR, and NVR solutions
- Technical college degree completed or in progress
- CJIS background check and RCMP Clearance required
