Victaulic seeks a Fire Protection Sales Representative to grow market share for engineered solutions and the FireLock portfolio. You will work with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, owners, and distributors. The position supports opportunities from early specifications through project execution across a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive fire protection solution sales across the assigned territory
- Identify and influence construction, retrofit, and expansion projects
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, owners, and distributors
- Promote Victaulic products, systems, and technical solutions




- Develop territory plans, forecasts, and growth strategies

Requirements:

- Two to five years of outside sales experience
- Construction, fire protection, or related industry experience
- Experience with engineering firms, contractors, and distribution networks
- Solid communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, including six to seven overnight days monthly
