Lead pharmaceutical production at Novocol Pharma in Cambridge, Ontario, overseeing people, equipment, material flow, and GMP compliance onsite overnight. This full time supervisor role runs Sunday through Thursday, from 10 pm to 6 am, supporting sterile manufacturing operations.

As Production Supervisor II, you are accountable to the Production Manager for shift operations. You will coordinate resources, maintain documentation, address production issues, and support in-process IPQC testing. The role requires pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, people leadership, and strong knowledge of safety and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate shift changeovers, components, supplies, machinery, and staffing
- Maintain production-floor presence and resolve output issues




- Investigate quality deviations and correct documentation errors
- Coordinate employee training, cross-training, and safety education
- Complete batch record reviews and daily shift reports

Requirements:

- Degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- At least three years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- At least one year of management experience
- People management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to attend all shifts
