This certificated High School Teacher position delivers direct instruction six hours daily within OFY’s flexible, personalized learning model. You will teach single-subject content, design differentiated lessons, and help students pursue success. The work centers on solid student-teacher relationships and responsive instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver data-driven, results-based instruction aligned with Common Core Standards
- Provide direct student instruction for six hours daily
- Use assessments and data to influence instruction
- Plan differentiated curriculum for student mastery and success
- Meet students and parents about progress and problems

Requirements:

- Hold a BA or BS degree
- Possess a California preliminary or clear single-subject credential
- Maintain English Language Authorization
- Demonstrate knowledge of single-subject content areas
- Be eligible for an internship
