Support equipment repair and routine maintenance as a Maintenance Helper working onsite in noisy, dusty, hot, and wet environments. English or French is required.
This Maintenance Helper position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and two to less than three years of experience. You will assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers with equipment, facility systems, and work areas. The work includes production and maintenance activities requiring physical capability, flexibility, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and repairs
- Clean machines, equipment, and immediate work areas
- Set up and dismantle equipment as directed
- Make minor systems adjustments and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Two to less than three years of experience
- English or French language ability
- Ability to handle heavy loads and physical demands
- Bondable, adaptable, reliable, and efficient interpersonal skills
