Reporting to the General Manager, the Property Administrator supports industrial and commercial real estate operations. Responsibilities span tenant communication, operating cost reconciliations, budgeting, work orders, vendor coordination, records, access systems, and property software. The position suits professionals with three to five years of relevant administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary tenant contact and track critical lease dates
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and tenant improvement compliance
- Assist budgets, reconciliations, rent collection, and invoice approvals
- Coordinate work orders, maintenance,



vendors, inspections, and repair quotes
- Maintain records, calls, mail, software, and building access systems

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ commercial or industrial property administration experience
- Business or real estate post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
- BOMA RPA® designation or active enrollment strongly preferred
- Financial and analytical knowledge of net leases and recoveries
- MS Office and property management software proficiency
