As a Sales and Rental Associate at Long & McQuade, you will support customers through musical instrument and gear sales and rentals. You will identify individual needs, explain product features and benefits, and maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures. The role also includes customer follow-up and store support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers purchase and rent musical instruments and gear
- Match customer needs with suitable products and services
- Demonstrate products and explain features and perks
- Follow up on orders with customers and suppliers
- Merchandise the store and complete related maintenance duties
Requirements:
- Play at least one musical instrument
- Work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
- Recommend solutions confidently and assertively
- Lift and carry large boxes
- Retail or sales experience is an asset
