Lead visual merchandising at ALO while driving store sales through product presentation, operational execution, and team leadership. This full time role requires opening, closing, and weekend availability.

The Visual Merchandising Lead partners with Operations and Visual Managers to maximize profitability and support total store operations. You will manage shipment, replenishment, floor sets, reporting, and visual standards. The position also includes coaching Associates, supporting recruitment and development, and maintaining an inviting store environment. Constant movement throughout the sales floor and back of house is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute shipment, receiving, replenishment, transfers, and floor recovery
- Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising changes




- Use reporting tools to identify placement and stock opportunities
- Coach Associates and provide ongoing performance feedback
- Open and close the store according to visual standards

Requirements:

- Two or more years in a client-centric sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds safely
