The Personal Support Worker provides care according to resident care plans and assists with identifying resident needs. The role supports a safe, secure workplace while documenting care information and reporting observations. You will also participate in education sessions, meetings, workshops, and directed staff onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care according to established resident care plans
- Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
- Document resident care information as directed
- Follow infection prevention and control policies
- Assist with onboarding new staff as directed

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Understand simple treatments and bedside care techniques
- Know sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
