Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka–Parry Sound Branch seeks a Clinical Lead for Transitional Case Management. The role supervises housing clinicians, mentors staff, and coordinates services with the program manager to sustain high-quality care across Muskoka and Parry Sound communities.

You will work closely with leadership, ensure adherence to best practices, and support the team in crisis interventions and housing operations, within a agile rural setting.
