This procurement skilled develops contracts and amendments that create value and mitigate risk. The position coordinates competitive bidding activities, from RFx development and evaluation through negotiations and contract award. It also manages assigned categories within procurement policies, processes, and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Management
- Minimum five years of progressive procurement experience
- Experience with RFx development, evaluation, negotiations, and awards

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
