Lead early childhood education at ProssermanJCC in North York, guiding curriculum quality, centre operations, and licensed childcare compliance.

As Director, you will oversee a 12-classroom centre serving children from infant to JK/SK. Your leadership will connect Sheva, the ELECT framework, How Does Learning Happen?, and Jewish values. You will work with educators, families, the Senior Director, and community partners to support educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integrated Jewish curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation
- Strengthen classroom practice through observations, feedback, and mentoring
- Oversee recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain licensing, staffing ratio, health, and safety compliance




- Manage budgets, enrolment, capacity, and waitlist coordination

Requirements:

- Registered Early Childhood Educator in good standing
- Administrative experience in licensed childcare or early education
- Solid knowledge of CCYEA and Ministry licensing requirements
- Knowledge of ELECT and How Does Learning Happen?
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
