Monarch House seeks a Supervisory Lead Therapist and Float to support the senior BCBA/RBA in assessments, program development and supervision of ABA treatment across clinic, home, and community settings. Responsibilities include documenting progress, data collection and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will engage families, caregivers and clinicians, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care while following Monarch House policies and safety standards.
