At the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, nurses support Centre for Innovative Medicine clinical trial activities. The temporary pool assists full-time CIM nursing staff with trial-related needs, especially observations outside regular working hours. Reporting to CIM management, scheduling depends on each trial’s demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients’ health situations clinically
- Plan care and establish priorities
- Provide treatments according to patients’ health situations
- Evaluate patient care outcomes
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

- Diploma of College Studies
- Two to five years of work experience
- Good-standing membership with the OIIQ
- Advanced written and spoken French and English
- Current CRP certification
