Paint residential properties across Southwestern Ontario with Pier 4, using surface preparation and finishing skills in a hands-on London role. Your craftsmanship will visibly improve community appearance.

As a Painter, you will complete interior and exterior projects across Pier 4’s multi-family residential portfolio. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints and coatings, perform touch-ups, and maintain organized workspaces. The role requires collaboration with the Renovations Lead while also supporting independent work, safe practices, and high operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete interior and exterior painting projects across residential properties
- Sand, scrape, patch, clean, and remove old paint
- Apply paints, primers, and protective coatings




- Perform aesthetic maintenance and property touch-ups
- Manage materials, equipment, inventory, cleanup, and disposal

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of qualified painting experience
- Required commercial painting experience
- Experience with exterior, balcony, line, and low-rise painting
- Ontario Class G licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work safely at heights and lift 50 pounds
