As Recruiter for Sysco’s Prairies Region, you will manage recruitment and onboarding for positions across multiple provinces. You will screen candidates, guide hiring managers, present offers, and maintain hiring documentation. Your work will support diverse talent pipelines and consistent selection practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop full life-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and candidates during high-volume hiring
- Advise hiring managers on interviewed candidates
- Present offers and negotiate with passive candidates
- Conduct orientations and monitor onboarding follow-ups

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of progressive Human Resources experience
- High-volume recruitment experience and post-secondary Human Resources education
- Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and local laws
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Workday, HRIS, and recruitment platforms
- Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines
