Dispense medications and compound sterile products as a Pharmacy Technician with William Osler Health System across its hospital sites. Work independently in a patient safety-focused setting.

This approximately nine-month Pharmacy Technician assignment supports Osler’s hospital pharmacy services. Responsibilities include individual prescriptions, ward stock, narcotics, inventory control, and non-sterile and sterile compounding. Experience with TPN, CIVA, and chemotherapy preparation is relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense individual patient prescriptions, ward stock, and narcotics
- Prepare non-sterile and sterile compounded products
- Support TPN, CIVA, and chemotherapy preparation
- Maintain pharmacy inventory control
- Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Current Ontario College of Pharmacists Pharmacy Technician license
- Hospital experience preferred
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent attendance
- Availability across Osler sites and operational schedules
