Manage maintenance inventory for Maple Leaf Foods through stockroom control, parts replenishment, and accurate receiving and issuing. Work with SAP and maintenance teams.

This Maintenance Stockroom Controller oversees daily stockroom operations and reports to the Maintenance Manager. The work covers maintenance parts, supplies, work-order materials, contractor reports, and inventory values. You will balance equipment criticality, usage patterns, delivery times, safety stock, and acceptable business risk when setting inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review issued parts and process automatic replenishment transactions
- Receive, place, and organize maintenance inventory
- Set minimum and maximum levels using stated inventory factors




- Investigate shipping variances and supplier invoice discrepancies
- Prepare shipments, cycle counts, and work-order material staging

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent accreditation
- Two years’ stockroom experience, preferably in maintenance
- Inventory management or stockroom education courses
- Knowledge of stockroom applications and maintenance parts
- SAP asset management knowledge preferred
