Coordinate Canadian Workers’ Compensation claims with accuracy and discretion as a Health Claims Administrator in an office-based environment. Support employees, leaders, and healthcare providers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Safety Claims - HSEQ, you will administer occupational injury, illness, disability, and WCB claims. Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. relies on this work for effective claims management, return-to-work planning, and regulatory compliance. You will maintain confidential records, analyze claim information, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate WCB claims across multiple Canadian jurisdictions
- Review incident reports and supporting records for compliance
- Maintain complete claim files, databases, and reporting systems
- Guide employees and leaders through return-to-work processes
- Analyze claims data and prepare management reports
Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ related claims or disability management experience
- Knowledge of Canadian Workers’ Compensation systems and legislation
- Understanding of accommodation and return-to-work programs
- Knowledge of Canadian privacy legislation and confidentiality practices
- Solid organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
