The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for MC B2. This clinical position provides restorative, rehabilitative, and personal nursing care. You will collaborate with residents, families, medical professionals, and support staff while evaluating care needs and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing services for residents with complex health needs
- Assess and evaluate resident care continuously
- Deliver restorative, rehabilitative, and personal nursing care
- Delegate care and monitor delegated outcomes appropriately
- Direct nurses, students, aides, and support staff when required

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved nursing educational program
- Current registration with the CLPNM
- Three years current gerontology experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MDS and critical thinking skills
- English communication skills, oral and written
