As a Technical Trainer, you will support PCL Constructors Inc. through instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning. You will develop curricula, e-learning content, and learning resources while helping product champions, project teams, and end users adopt solutions. The work includes software rollouts, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and adoption sessions
- Develop curricula, e-learning content, and learning resources

- Measure effectiveness and improve learning outcomes

Requirements:

- Postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field
- Two or more years delivering training or facilitating workshops
- Solid facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design practices
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work-tracking systems
