As an Assistant Store Leader of Nights, you will help create a safe, organized, and unique shopping experience. You will work with department Leaders on established store plans and regular section audits. The role includes warehouse organization, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and training Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplish established store plans with department Leaders
- Complete regular audits for assigned sections
- Maintain a protected, organized, efficient warehouse
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Team Members
- Direct, support, mentor, and train retail teams
Requirements:
- Two years of leadership skills
- Previous retail or service industry experience
- Ability to provide vision and direction
- Ability to motivate, train, and coach others
- Respectful, upfront approach with integrity
