Job Description

In collaboration with the Relationship Program Manager, the CRM and Relationship Marketing Specialist contributes to the execution and optimization of relationship campaigns that support Air Transat's customer engagement, loyalty, and business performance. The person will actively participate in the management of multichannel campaigns in Adobe Campaign Classic, while gradually developing their expertise in our new Batch CRM environment. They will play a key role within a dynamic team during a strategic period including Black Friday, Boxing Day and early year promotional campaigns.

What you will accomplish:

- Plan, configure, test, deploy, and monitor email and push notification CRM campaigns throughout the customer life cycle;
- Participate in the development and execution of the relationship calendar by ensuring consistency of communications across different channels;




- Perform audience segmentation and select target groups based on marketing and business objectives;
- Ensure daily management of campaigns and workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic to guarantee performance and compliance;
- Produce results reports, analyze performance indicators, and formulate optimization recommendations;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the delivery of CRM initiatives;
- Participate in the evolution of CRM practices and support the transition to the Batch platform;
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and marketing communications.

Qualifications

- College or university degree in marketing, e-commerce, communications, or a related discipline;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship marketing, CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce;
- Hands-on experience in executing and coordinating relationship marketing campaigns;
- Good understanding of relational databases, customer segmentation, and marketing performance analysis;
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of priority, rigor, and competence in time management and emergency handling;




- Knowledge of a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Batch, HubSpot, or equivalent; experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is a major asset;
- Excellent mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies;
- Oral and written mastery of French and English*.

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally
