Hoopstars seeks Lead Basketball Coaches and Youth Coach Managers for programs serving children ages 2 to 10. You will help create fun organized activities while developing dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and game skills. Managerial experience in youth sports is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coaching sessions for children and youth
- Manage coaches and oversee youth coaching sessions
- Develop dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork skills
- Deliver feedback to parents effectively
- Market and grow youth sports programs
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in youth sports
- Availability weekday evenings and weekends
- Reliable, qualified, energetic, and outgoing approach
- Physical fitness for coaching two or more hours
- Vehicle access and seasonal availability required
