Operate continuous-production machinery on Techniseal’s day shift, using equipment monitoring and troubleshooting skills in a permanent full-time role.

Techniseal, an Oldcastle company within CRH, is seeking Production Operators as its plant continues automation. The position involves operating process equipment, completing batch records, packaging polymer bags or sealant containers, and supporting safe production. Experience as a mixer or batcher is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machines used in continuous production
- Control equipment start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting
- Collect samples, perform tests, and maintain batch records
- Bag and palletize polymer bags or sealant containers
- Follow work orders and maintain clean production areas

Requirements:

- Robust organization and attention to detail
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and precise work approach
- Ability to perform manual work and lift approximately 50 pounds
- Experience as a mixer or batcher is an asset
- English language skills are an asset
