Coordinate national retail fixtures and displays across Walmart stores in Canada, using Retail Link, Microsoft Office, and robust organization.

This National Service Coordinator manages fixture maintenance, replacements, installations, and display execution across the retailer’s store network. The work includes coordinating relines, renovations, remodels, resets, seasonal programs, and new beauty fixture installations. You will work with Retail Advisors, store managers, merchandising teams, manufacturers, field service organizations, and the Brand. The purpose is to keep stores presentation-ready, compliant with planograms, and responsive to shopper experience issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate fixture installations, repairs, replacements, and delivery tracking




- Prepare weekly deficiency reports using merchandising portal data
- Lead rollouts for openings, renovations, resets, and promotions
- Manage fixture and graphic inventory and courier shipments
- Track expenses and identify maintenance cost reductions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Retail Link
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Retail store or administrative experience is an asset
- Agile, innovative, creative, and collaborative approach
