Provide compassionate resident care as a part-time Personal Support Worker at Tendercare Living Centre in Scarborough, Ontario, supporting up to eight residents.

Working under Registered Staff direction, you will provide direct personal and nursing care in a 204-bed long-term care home. The work addresses residents' physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include ambulation, feeding, bathing, grooming, activities, documentation, and palliative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing, and grooming
- Support participation in activities and resident transportation
- Deliver meals and nourishment with feeding assistance
- Provide emotional, social, and palliative care support




- Participate in care conferences and resident documentation

Requirements:

- Completed PSW, HCA, or CCA program meeting applicable standards
- Long-term care or community home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of care planning systems and documentation required
