Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planner develops schedules, tracks progress, and analyzes performance for major civil infrastructure projects. The work integrates project scope, resource data, productivity information, and schedule controls across the project life cycle. Robust analytical skills and attention to detail support reliable project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules
- Review schedule scope representation and data integrity
- Forecast labor, materials, and equipment requirements
- Analyze productivity, variance, float, and schedule trends
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and output documents
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years planning major civil infrastructure projects
- Experience scheduling and managing complex projects
- Expert Primavera P6 and TILOS knowledge
- Sound judgment, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability
