The Inventory Leader improves Materials Management systems and aligns processes with Class “A” MRP II measures. Responsibilities span inventory movements, warehouse capacity, replenishment, master data, waste tracking, and cost performance. The position also provides direction to analysts and operating team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage receipts, issues, disposals, and finished goods inventories
- Develop inventory accuracy and Materials group performance indicators
- Coordinate warehouse capacity, replenishment, storage, and handling processes
- Analyze master data, rework,



waste, and inventory movements
- Lead audits, safety, quality, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Relevant warehouse, production, or inventory management experience
- Experience handling material movement equipment
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- High School Diploma required
