The Philanthropy and Events Manager develops campaigns, plans events, and sustains donor relationships for Housing Solutions Center. This position oversees annual giving, event budgets, donor communications, and fundraising analysis. Success requires strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of fundraising and event planning practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual giving strategies for current and existing donors
- Lead fundraising gatherings, house parties, and appreciation events
- Build sponsorship packages and cultivate potential sponsors
- Track campaign revenue,



expenses, outcomes, and return on investment
- Present giving and event reports to leadership and the board

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ philanthropy and event management experience
- Bachelor’s degree, certification, or substituting work experience
- Excellent donor stewardship and communication skills
- Knowledge of donor management and event planning software
- Valid driver’s license and automobile access
