Reporting to the Manager, Billing & Payment Services, you will lead approximately five employees. Your focus includes performance management, service levels, quality metrics, and operational effectiveness. You will help the team achieve service, quality, and business objectives while supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop approximately five employees
- Monitor service levels, quality metrics, workload volumes, and performance
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and external clients
- Resolve issues and enhance service delivery
- Support planning, budgeting, improvements, and production needs

Requirements:

- Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and changing business needs
- Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance
