Horizon Recruitment is recruiting a Collections Specialist for a leading SaaS organization on a short-term contract. You will manage approximately 400 customer accounts, prioritize overdue balances, and drive timely payments. Strong organization, transparent communication, and consistent follow-up are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 400 customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Review reports and prioritize high-value overdue accounts
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding invoices
- Investigate payment issues and resolve outstanding items
- Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up activities
Requirements:
- Two to three years’ collections or accounts receivable experience
- Business-to-business collections and direct customer outreach experience
- Ability to prioritize by value, urgency, and payment risk
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- NetSuite or Salesforce experience is an asset
